The fabulous people at The Clubhouse at Etang Vallier, Brossac invited The Candies to open their season in March. As this is our first Candy season, we hadn’t really planned to start quite so early… but we also couldn’t refuse… so we went along and a great night was had by all.
We were invited back in August and another great evening was enjoyed… and then they invited us back again… to close their season.
It’s fair to say that we have acquired a bit of a fan club at Brossac so it was an offer that we simply couldn’t refuse. We set up as the sun was setting over the lake; it might be September but there is still a lot of heat in our French sun.
As evening progressed we sang for our supper… and Brossac didn’t dissappoint. Thank you everyone for all of your support and encouragement… and we look forward to a return visit in 2017.
